I am selling on behalf of Ming the first case delivered to her by John Barton of JB Cases. It is a Jay Flowers style case, made of tan leather with quite a bit of tooling throughout. It has two large pouches on the front and is made to hold two butts and four shafts. It actually says Jay Flowers in a logo on the bottom, with 2009-KRB inside the logo. I guess this is the company that has licensed the Jay Flowers name.

I will try to post photos on here but if I'm unsuccessful you can e-mail me for photos. Ming is willing to sign this case if the buyer would like. It is a 1/1 design. I believe John said the retail is around $350-$400. The best offer we get by Friday at Noon will get the case.

jayhelfert@yahoo.com for photos.

The files are too big. That's what I was afraid of. E-mail me to see it.

This is a beautiful case, and incredibly well built. I checked it out Monday.

Great job JB, and mega-nutz to you for donating this for Ming!

Jay, how are you conducting the bidding - in PM or in this thread?

Either way is fine. I have received two offers already via PM. Today is Wednesday. I have to go out of town this weekend so I am going to end this one early. Say Noon on Friday. That way I can ship it before I leave.

By the way, shipping costs are included with your bid. I'll pay for that.

I have one of JB's Flower style cases and they are pretty much bulletproof. I've dropped this case on one of the weakest parts of a case - the hinge of the lid when it's open - and it just shrugged it off like nothing happened.

This is for a good cause so please don't send Jay lowball offers (no offense to the current bidders).

Gluck with your sale Jay.

FYI - The highest bids have come via PM's. I will not divulge how much because that is unfair to the bidders. Friday at Noon (PST) is closing time on this silent auction. The highest bid at that time gets the case. Shipping charges are included, and not extra.

Last day on this case. A little over 24 hours left for bids. I think we will soon see a blog on AZ for Ming where she can communicate with everyone.
