Like others, I was on RSB at the time. If the responsibility is shared between FL and Eric, it's about 99% FL and 1% Eric. FL was about as vile, racist, insane, and disgusting as it's possible for someone to be online.

We can disagree about the percentage but I will certainly agree that all you said about Larry's comments and character online are true.

I left when the threads created by FL to denigrate Eric overran the forum there. Ironically it was because of all that flaming that AZB began to take off as many migrated over here.

And from what I've read and been told, that's pretty accurate.
Never mind from what I myself read from the infamous one's own nutty posts.
Just ask a few instructors here.

First time I saw FL typing out some wicked idiotic stuff, I thought, oh, this guy's a comedian. But then it never got funny. It was then I realized, he's completely fuggin serious

Funny shait is, my high school classmates were more mature than the adults today.
We went to the parking and man'd up. When it was over, it was over.
Now, freaking lawyers get involved. Worse, after it's over, it goes on and on and on for a decade on the internet . It's like women losing their boyfriends to their best friends drama.

I actually got a PM from the guy saying he was coming to town and wanted to get together for some pool. I freaked out and didn't answer. That's like Hannibal Lechter inviting you over for dinner.

Thank you and with the exception of point C, I am in complete agreement.

Nobody is abandoning the thread, so can we assume there is still some interest between Lou and John in a rematch?

Maybe someday in the future I will feel like giving this person a shot at my money again. Right now I feel zero need to do so. I made a polite offer with fair terms.

The guy is scared to death in my opinion. Savoring his most important victory of his life. The one time he wasn't a total nit and he has to hold onto it and milk it for the rest of his years sucking on the government teat.
