I'm probably the most boring custom cue customer, but now much do you think it will cost me for a cue with this specs;
1. standard brass joint
2. no wrap
3. stained like it's been smoked (darker at the butt progressively getting lighter at the end, stain has to look like it's been stained by smoke)
4. standard gloss
5. 13mm tip
6. 19 oz.

Cool looking cues. I especially like the "retro" looking cues with that early 20th century Brunswick look to them.
Those are some looong butterfly splices. Very nice work Brent, I'll get on your list one of these days.

As someone who has two BHQ's and another pair in the works, I can say they play as good as they look. Brent is also an excellent guy to deal with.
I am not familiar with JBCustom cues, but they look great and are priced well. If they are solid players as well, you really can't go wrong with either of these guys. I wish them both all the best, and keep up the great work guys.
It sure is nice to see the support and respect a lot of cue makers have for each other. The whole pool community would do well to follow their lead.

That is really cool that you all got to hang out.
I was really hopeing that when I came up here to Ohio I could stop by your shop and check out some things in your shop.
Doesn't look like I will get to though. Right before my trip I looked at where Cincinnati was compared to Dennison and it's like 220 miles away. We are visiting friends, and I don't think they would appreciate me taking off for a whole day! LOL
Maybe the next time around I can plan a trip up to your shop.
I already have to plan a trip to Tennessee to visit Eric so I will come up here at the same time. LOL
