The cues listed above and not in any order are cues I consider to hit good. Hit is also just a matter of opinion as not everyone has the same taste. and no I'm not comparing the hit of this cue to any of the above. Rather giving you an idea of what "I think" hits good when I say this cue hits good.
Everyone always says every cue plays lights out, jam up, etc. etc....
The cue hits real good.. Very solid and pretty stiff.. If you want a good hitting cue "to play with" for $200 or less this is the way to go.
If your looking for a show piece, Unless your showing it off to people who don't know any better, Do not go with one of these.
In my case when I inspect a cue I look at every piece closely.. His templates are not straight so the inlays are not perfect. They are not off real bad but enough where I notice them.
From a distance you'll never know. Up close to someone who knows what to look for is a different story.
I purchased this because some of his cues look really nice on ebay. So I wanted to see the quality first hand but never cared to pay his prices even though they are not high.
Would hate to pay $200, Give or take $50, and end up with a kmart cue so the risk was not worth it to me. When this one came up here I figured I would check it out.
Overall, My opinion is if he got his stuff straight, I see no reason why he couldn't pull $700 for a cue similiar to this one. Other than the fact that he is in the Philippines..
I'm happy with how the cue plays and could easily start using this cue as an everyday player.. For now it goes into the case but it's always there incase I need it to play with.
Hope this helps... If you want a cue to play with that hits good for $200 or under I pick these, The radial pin Elite cues, or a Lucasi... All 3 of these cues will get the job done if your not worried about the brand name..
