rsmith43 is indeed Jeff Forney. Has been verified by at least 2 people. Maybe Jeff has changed his ways if your deals went good.

Pm sent, rsmith43 came and purchased my lathe and paid with all new 100 dollar bills. Everything went great on the transaction.

I did deal with rsmith just last week everything went smooth and he kept in great contact the whole time. The name on package I sent was jeff allen

So can you guys give a description? Jeff is a big man. Maybe 235 whitish Grey hair. Must be about 45 to 50 years old.

Here is the photo from the other Forney thread.

Maybe he changed his ways here,Now....till he needs some scam cash.Good luck if you can trust a known criminal!

This guy is still trying to rip people off? He tried screwing me over years ago when I was in Afghanistan over a Tascarella cue if I remember right. The good people here at AZB banded together and things didn't work out well for him. We have to stick together and publicly keep each other informed each and every time dirt bags like Jeff come up with a new screen name and try to come back here. Keep up the good work y'all.

He's not hard to find. Pretty bold. He contacted me too about an item. If he was trying to scam me it would have been a big mistake.

If you protect yourself with Paypal funded by credit card you can't lose. Same as a seller paypal only.

As a buyer, if you fund your PayPal with a creditcard I agree you are very well proctected.
As a seller though, good luck with PayPal if you have an experienced con-man trying to rip you off.
Western Union or bank transfer (or cash in hand obv.) are the only forms of payment I would accept
from someone I do not trust.

A few recent transactions that have been done with Forney have went well without anyone getting the shaft. All transactions were over $1000. Hopefully it is not a setup for a much bigger score. Always protect yourself as much as possible.

^^^THIS^^^

He contacted me and that is exactly what I told him... never heard another word from him.

Jeff __________?

Allowing known ripoffs to come back under another user name defeats the purpose of the site, its all a matter of time.

Thanks to all that were vigilant enough to give a heads -up.

I just purchased the deluxe package he had posted, no problems. Everything was as described and shipping was more than favorable.
