Jenny Lee vrs Melinda Huang

the state of professional pool in this country is pathetic when we have to ask for donations just to make the prize fund worth it.
Might as well go out on a street corner with a card board sign.
Professional pool USA RIP.

Meantime, if Ian and Daniel and Pinky/KK9 weren't doing what they were doing, we'd all have no cool stream to watch and one of these girls wouldn't be (so far) $800 richer tomorrow.

Lets focus on the positive and anybody want to set the over/under on the height of OMGWTF's heels?

That's a great idea! I should have done that 3 years ago.

I think 3.5 would be a good o/u on the heels.

This is a reply to Kevin. I was supposed to remain under the radar on this but Daniel spilled the beans. This match is not about me I don't play in tournaments myself. I am just trying my level best to reach out and support the players in my room down in Santa Monica.

Good on you man.

Maybe you are the deep-pocket savior pool needs.

Anyway thanks for your part.

and thanks to Daniel for the stream I'll be watching.

"One Pocket Rich" would be a fun commentator. I know he would be pulling for Jenny, but I don't think he would be afraid to say "bad shot" when it was.

I don't know about deep pockets but pool was good to me this year so I am giving back something. In my business it would be better if this was a golf tournament. I tried to take up golf late in life and although I enjoyed it( I have a natural slice that heads right for the treeline) I never got very good.

and there yáll have it:

THIS IS WHAT IS RIGHT WITH POOL

.

She is also the person who hammered CubC into the ground on one of TAR's first telecasts. I won quite a bit more than $200 on that venture.

She also got stiffed by the hair dildo, but that wasn't streamed (would have loved to see the stream catch hair dildo sneaking out the bathroom window).

she was, TAR #1....from what i've heard - no offense Justin, but -
- and she kicked his ass.

Cool of you to do what you're doing. Efforts like this are absolutely meaningful. Every bit counts!

BTW, I lived on 26th, half a block from Santa Monica Bvd for 3 years, during rent control years, lol. Pizza Hut was directly on the north side of SM Bvd from me. That was the 80's, and if there was a pool hall @ there then, I was distracted. Sorority girls and all. ;)

Kicked his ass. Woofed at him on the internet, got his nose open, got him woofing back, set the bet, posted and then went commando samurai eating ramen and actually balancing table time vs savings to play CubC on her own dough. All those traits that our culture respects as "manly" she showed in spades, kinda shows how wrong all those characterizations are.

Gets him in the area, under the lights and TAR pressure, along with the pressure of the ego commitment he had been sucked into making, and as soon as CubC showed his jugular at all, she bit down and hammered him relentlessly into oblivion, taking down the cash (which I think was 3K). CubC disappeared from the arena and AZ Billiards. She banished his trash-talking ass.

or something like that.

It was way early TAR, totally gorilla and totally inside and is why I was pushing so hard for Harriman/Schmidt, grudge battle at its best.

I was just east of you in Brentwood at the time. HOB was there, but like you, I was not.

my kind of pool player, Honey -

I would think she opted for the big bird that is a long way to grey hound it. All the way out to Kentucky. One might run into such luminaries as one Kentucky Bill in that state.

Well in any case she might have been flush flush enough AFTER the match to have flown back.
