Hey nit,

There wasnt a price, if he wants to sell at that price fine, if not thats okay too.

Everyone wants to trade something. I have cash.

Most understand there is a difference.:yikes:

I think we should respect anything anyone has to offer. It might be less or more than what we expect and think.
How ever that being said, i will also might buy a few if available at that price.

I myself just bought a satin sw few days back otherwise i would have jumped on this.
Good luck with Sale.

My point exactly.

I have bought tons of cues at great prices because I offer cash.

Most dont have cash available.

And I have bought Southwest cues for less than $1000. But they were not satin cues they were 6 pointers (no veneers though).

Trust me, if the economy doesnt improve, there will be alot of cues at prices a few years ago were unthinkable.

Yup, you can pick up some crazy cues for cheap now a day. Lot's of amazing deal out there....only if you have cash.

Btw Via, SwissChris has a really nice scruggs cue available that he might want to trade for the SW + cash.

Duc.

I remember back when a friend of mine offered me his satin for the $400 he paid for it. :banghead:
Who knew that they would go up by almost 500% in value. If I were not so close to being in Laurie's cue then I would buy it.

Hey Duc, since you've had this Satin and a similar Bluegrass, how about a comparison of the two ????

BTW, I get the matching of the old phenolic point. I think we all have to get over the "looks like new thing". This cue, ding and all, looks beautiful. I'll bet it hits the same.

I've got a customized BEM Schon, an older DP 3 shafts (314-2 included), and cash to offer you for this SW.

Both the RH and SW played amazing. I think the SW had a little more stiffer hit than the RH but both cues just played pure and solid. Not to surprising, both cues have some of best shaft wood that I've seen. The RH has a shaft with dead perfect straight grain from ferrule to collar...if you check closing, you even notice the RH cut the shaft so perfect that grain aligned of both side of the shaft...never have i seen that on any shaft. His other shaft was also a very well selected curly maple so you get the best of both world. The old SW shaft is a classic...not sure about the new SW shaft but it should be as good (Not better). If I didn't have my weinstock, either one of these would have been in my case as personal player. Also, I get first crack at the RH...if the seller ever decide to sell the cue. I would be happy to do some trading and cash for the SW if I had anything that interested via.

Bump for an awesome SW.

Regards,
Duc.
