Hello to all my fellow AZers and customers,
I just wanted to let every one know as of January 1st, 2012, I am closing my shop to the public. No, this does not mean I am quitting,selling out, or giving up cue making. It means after 20 plus years , I am turning the page with how I run my business.
I will still offer repairs,shaft builds, rewraps, on my own cues. But will not be working or repairing any other cues than my own.
I will not be taking any more custom orders as well. I am setting up new shop today to finish old projects , retool , organize , so I can build cues I have been wanting to build or have started , for years.
With the health issues I struggled with for so long, and the down time I had, it put me in a bind , especially this last year with folks getting upset, cues not going out on time, and I won't let myself operate like that any more.
So I will be offering fresh new designs,new looks, with the same play ability my cues have always had. And getting back to the basics in my shop and having fun again.
All the folks that I have had the pleasure of doing work for I thank you so much for that opportunity and the business. For those I have built cues for, I hope you are still enjoying your cue and many had a huge part in designing their cues with many hours between us either with emails, or on the phone. Those times were great and I will miss those very much. I met a lot of great folks that way and made some great friendships as well.
So I would like to say Thanx to all who have allowed me to do business with them and wish all a Happy New Year and good luck. For those waiting on cues still, they are finishing up and all my back orders, which finally are just a few, will be caught up and shipped as will the 2 refunds I owe, as soon I sell some cues !
