I have been hearing that you are the man to ask about 20 people have mentioned you. So here is the deal... I got a phone call from the USO they want to do a handshake tour with pool tables, and some celebrity's. Not celebrity players like Johnny Archer. Celebrity's that play pool like Joe Rogan..

So I am asking you if this is something you can do? Can you help me find a "star " that would like to play some pool with the troops?

You should private message these guys instead of creating posts. They will only get lost and remain unread. At least PM's go directly to them and they will see it.
 
Probably not the ideal candidate since you are likely looking for a U.S. celebrity, but Manny Pacqaio is probably the best playing celebrity.

Negreanu, I think. I'd heard that too, about him and pool, and he seems like a level guy who would probably enjoy doing a tour.

Except that Negrano is a canadian. At least I am pretty sure that he is a Canadian.

I am pretty certain they are open to a celebrity. They would have mentioned it I'm sure? I know Bob Hope was born British, and he has done more USO work than anyone.

If a celebrity would like to show there support to the American troops then why not? http://www.uso.org/uso-entertainment-history.aspx here is a link to other celebrity's that have done USO.tours...hey is that Willie Nelson? lol

Enh, he's born in Toronto. That's almost American. Like northern Michigan is basically Canadian.

Anyway when I was deployed I'da been good with anybody to shoot some pool with.
 
Why not just PM these people directly.

Rogan doesn't come on here that much, and to be frank he's not that well known, (regardless of Fear Factor and UFC) neither is Daniel. You could get someone like Slash, who is not nearly as visible as Rogan, but far more known as he is for nothing.

This is the 3rd thread first it was Fatboy, Dippy, Rogan.

Celebrities have agents, agents take care of celebrities. If you are looking for a celebrity, no one is going to do anything without you going through their agent anyway. Even if you were to meet them on the street, they would run it through all their people, PR-Agent-Endorsement-Security.

You have to figure out someone you want, this whole anyone, we will take any celebrity, just be a celebrity is very unbecoming and it lessens the USO. Figure out a list of 10 celebrities, chances are several are repped by the same firm and start from there.
