I feel that jhon stand behind his work and , i really don't blame him if he didn't send out the case . I'm sorry that your case was not the way he wanted it but given him some time before posting that he has not got your case to ya or put on the top of the list . i know he will make it right .. Just give him some time..

:-) You're a mean man Dean! I have been thinking about what you said in our conversation and I have to say you are 100% right. You shouldn't post inside jokes though - too easy for some people to not get it.

man i saw deanoc posted something in the cue gallery and i though, "no way did he post a thread with pictures!"

Manwon would you put you name on a Cue you made that would tarnish your reputation as a builder of cues? Or would you hold beck until you got it right?

I got it but some people did not get it as they were unaware of how John treats customers. his high standard of quality, and how he stand behind what he put his name on.

Just like Sterling Gaming the company that John works for, Sterling Gaming stands behind everything they sell.
 
my earlier post was supposed to be a joke. i'm just teasing deanoc a little.
