Dave is quite clear about how I feel about him as I am quite clear about how he feels about me. As he said to me, if it didn't happen on AZ then it's not an offense here. He is more than welcome to debate me on FB but that won't happen because I am the moderator on my page.
It's not about who likes who, it's about the fact that you have been pressing your FREE PASS a little too much and he can't ignore your rule breaking any more or there will be a revolt.
Nice snitch job though and nice to see that you are stalking me outside AZB as well. I actually feel honored that you are spending your twilight years obsessed with me. This Aiming System "Sucker" ran a four and a ten back to back yesterday. Against a guy who is around Lou constantly. I broke even with a guy who plays Lou all the time and who has beaten Lou. I also won another bank set thanks to Stan's ProOne/CTE aiming methods and a halfway decent stroke. Made many two railers in that match thanks to Stan teaching me how to aim them.
And that opponent is one of the most well known collectors on the planet who himself can play pretty sporty at times.....maybe it was all cue though because he was using a Searing.
Oh I forgot against Arizona Jay I opened with a 7 on Diamond with 4" pockets. Thanks Stan for the aiming system and lessons.

Mr. Dub,..I realize I may come across as an 'APA hater' at times, when actually most of my closest friends are league players !..I only mean it as a sarcastic reference, to irk guys like John B. and Spidey..(and it actually works) See how hard they TRY to respond with something intelligible ?
Personally, for companionship, (or drinking buddie's) I prefer amatuers to champions..There are VERY FEW top players, I care to socialize with !..I can see that you (and some others) take this as a very personal affront, and for that, I apologize..Just know, that when I play the "APA card" I mean it like Don Rickles, calling Dean Martin, A "Drunken Dago"(or worse)

SJD, it's not the APA thing specifically. (Even tho its tiresome, I do get the stereotype, and understand it, to a degree.) That type of comment is symptomatic of your whole attitude in these posts.
I realize that you think this is all fun, and its just ragging on one another. Trying to get a rise. Happens between friends (in person) all the time.
Still, the way it comes across in the written word, at least the way you deliver it, is condescending. And the name calling is, as well. I don't believe that you mean it that way, or at least I hope you don't. I just hope you ratchet it down a notch or two, and try to keep the woofing light-hearted. JB and Lou have enough real world animosity for all concerned.

It is a juvenile way of trying to convince or imply to others the superiority of their own view (despite the fact that they have their own favorites that they support, and despite the fact that the original poster usually has specific reasons to support them). It is just an insult that implies the person supports something for no reason, or worse just to curry favor with someone else.
If you are going to insult someone, then brag about your ability to insult; please step up your game....no one is impressed so far.

Almost everybody was using those words, so I guess I thought it was an accepted 'term of endearment'. I agree, it is not very 'classy' way of expressing ones self. But you must admit, in CERTAIN cases it really "hits the nail on the head" !

Ask Lou. Arizona Jay is a St. Louis player and Lou WILL NOT bet more than $10 a game with him.
Me and Jay played for a couple hours at $50 a game to practice.
I will be happy to back Jay against Lou for $100 a game if Lou will play.

I don't want to take sides in the overall argument here, but I have to agree with Dick on one thing: it's highly doubtful that anyone "in the know" in Arizona has ever heard of "Arizona Jay." I'm not saying that there isn't someone who calls himself that, I'm just saying that if there is, he probably didn't come out of Arizona. Good players have never developed here, and then relocated to somewhere else. They have always developed elsewhere, and then relocated here.
Also, anyone who has read the book on Buddy Hall's life, or the two one-pocket books by Eddie Robin, has heard of San Jose Dick.
