John Davis Blank

Every cuemaker is different. The higher the demand for their work, the higher the price, usually. Some just flat won't do it. Are you really just looking for the cheapest? Good luck!
:p

try joe callucah....sorry for the spelling....makes a great cue and priced right....

Who has the best price on converting a blank thank you

Why not have Mr. Davis do it?

Otherwise Pick Two Below.

1. Great Conversion

2. Fast Conversion

3 Cheap Conversion

Pick the two you want and prey.

BTW Chad Carter aka Carter Cues in Ken Tuck Kee is pretty great to deal with, fair prices, but not fast!

Pierce

My choice would be Jim Pierce. Does great work and will get it out in a reasonable amount of time. No better person to deal with.

Mr. Davis is not making cues, he makes the blanks only. His cue maker of choice is Prince Cues, and does outstanding work as they are kinda collobrative partners on cues and such with Davis supplying the blanks, and Tim turning them into cues.....

Did Mr Davis tell you he doesnt make cues? He has made two for me in the last year.

Well pardon me he made a Cue for Mark aka the 8BallRat.

my most recent understanding from martin was john davis is still making blanks but, per custom order only. being the fact that he is now focusing his time on building cues...again what i was told....

This is inaccurate. John Davis and Tim Prince work together finishing the blanks that John makes. I have seen John Davis complete cues and John has been making complete cues for years. John and Tim have simply been collaborating on new cues.

John Davis is still making finished cues as well as his blanks. He and I are merely collaborating on a line of of cues together, built on his blanks. We are both working on the Davis-Prince cues together. That is a joint venture we are collaborating on. He is still making his own cues, and I am still making my own cues, but we are both working on the Davis-Prince cues as well. I just want to make sure that that was known and there were no misconceptions.

Pierce would be a great choice. Good craftsmanship and his price should be very reasonable. I would suggest Mike Stacey also. Mike might charge a bit more though. Just my limited knowledge suggestion
