I purchased copy of John's 245 Ball run when I was at Valley Forge. John told me to go to a particular dealer. When I got home I found that after a few minutes the DVD would freeze. I contacted John and he was very helpful. He explained that the problem existed with only a few DVDs. He watched a new DVD to make sure it worked and sent it out to me. I wish more businesses would be as helpful and friendly. So many places would make you go through the trouble and expense of sending back the defective DVD. I realize that some people try to scam a free DVD or whatever the product is, but John was trusting enough to take my word. A true gentleman. A good business man.

John took an unusually proactive approach to making sure the DVD was sold correctly. I was one of the early buyers, and he personally signed the DVD! I had no idea that he would do it; I just bought it as soon as it was available, because I wanted to see a good 245 run with some commentary. The surprise gave me even more respect for him.

Great player, great ambassador, great guy (except when he walks out on matches, allegedly)

I'm still in schock he isn't sponsered yet (I'm assuming he still isn't) but regardless he's insanely good and a truely good representation of pool, I don't have this dvd but his 112 ball run and I like it alot.

Yeah, I bought his DVD and there was some confusion about where to send it to. After not receiving it for a little while, I PM'd him and he responded the same day that the item had been returned to him. He then took the very nice step of resending 2 of them to me. (only 1 was signed though).

The DVD his great his awesome and I recommend it to everyone. John's honest commentary is great...

John is a class act. I'm sure there are other players that are class acts out there both male and female with no sponsor, but John just won the US. Open...come on. Johnnyt

I bought from John directly too

I bought one of John's early DVD's before the dealer was set up. Super guy to deal with and I play the DVD regularly to remind me how the short game should be done.
