We are leaving early this afternoon for San Antonio and once we are there I will be making calls to the pool room and all the pool school students who are signed up to see whats going on. We would love to be able to still make it happen down there but I also hope that everyone is ok and that nobody is suffering too bad. Another option I was thinking of also is if the pool room has no power asking the people in the Houston schools if they want to come to Corpus Christi and still take part. Just an idea.
Thank you also to Big C for the review, we had have had a good time so far ion TX and everyone has been very kind to us. Big C is right about Homer though. I knew he has just turned 10 when I spoke to his dad on the phone as there was a concern about his age and holding the class back. His Dad convinced me that he was able to playe enough to not hold anything up in the class. Then he walked into the room and he is not a big kid amd his cue stand taller than him. I began to worry about my decision as I saw him go with his family over to practice before the class. The n he rocketed a ball full lenth into the corner and stunned the Qball for a shot in the side. He had a great stoke too considering he is about an inch too short. By the time I got done watching him warm up I took my Austin file folder and asked him to sign and date it for me. I think one day he will be one of the best if not the best. Both Johnny and Earl could not stop talking about him and agree "this kid is going to be great"
John,
I believe you know how to grill.
I'm going to try those jalapeno poppers you suggested but today I'm grilling some chicken wings.
REP coming your way.

Not a problem buddy. Everytime I come home from Afghanistan the first thing I do is stop by the store to pick up "supplies" and get to cookin. I know this sounds a bit crazy but the chow hall food gets old over here and that grill in my back yard is my little slice of heaven.
