how does a player of jose garcia's level get to even play in the apa??? don't understand, check out the tournaments in the player finder on this site that he has done great in, and what other great players we're in too.
the apa gave me a supreme hard time about wanting to play in a trophy league with my girlfriend years ago.

I guess it's just politics as to who gets to play???????
 
i think if you would have looked at the picture gallery in the player finder you'd realize that they are two different people, the man in the player finder is probably 20 years older than the one last weeks APA victory! check for yourself.
 
If I had to guess, I would guess this is not the Jose Garcia you are thinking it is.

It said on Azbilliards.com that that Jose had to reach 55 points to win, where his opponent had to reach 75... That doesn't sound like the pro player to me.

I'd be willing to bet it's not THAT Jose.. Jose Garcia isn't all that uncommon a name..

Not that Jose maybe shouldn't be an 8 based on the match I saw...dammit, there's an Jose can you see joke in here somewhere and I can't find it.
 
The guy that won the APA is a local player from San Antonio, Tx. I've seen him around but don't know him personally.
