i've reported other similar scams. facebook dismissed my reports, saying no guidelines were crossed. sad.
Oops. I think I doubled your post dude. Should've looked first. Apologies. I'll see if I can delete that.
Facebook is a money generation machine that could care less about, in their minds, petty probs like this.

Just received another email from Joss Cues about TEMU fake ads:

⚠️ Counterfeit Joss Cue Alert

It has come to our attention that counterfeit cues are being sold online under the name “Joss II.” On Temu
These cues are not made by Joss Cues and are not made in the USA.
They are imported imitations from overseas, sold at cheap prices with even cheaper quality.
We want our players and collectors to know:
• If it doesn’t come directly from us or one of our authorized dealers, it is not authentic.
• Every Joss cue is handmade in the USA with the highest level of craftsmanship — counterfeits cannot compare in playability, quality, or value.
• Buying counterfeit cues not only risks your money but also undermines the integrity of our industry.
Please be careful and only purchase from trusted, authorized Joss dealers or directly from me. If you are unsure whether your cue is authentic, contact me at [info@josscues.com] and I’ll help verify it.
Thank you for your support and for helping us fight against counterfeit products.

I've been seeing those Joss II cues for sale for over a year, it certainly took them long enough to realize they were out there...

Their accountant finally saw how the bottom line was being affected.
Wasn't worth the effort until they actually started selling a few.
Sad shit really. And they probably don't see anything wrong with what they're doing bcuz they put that "II" on the end.

I want to say that any trademark that tends to mislead or causes confusion is illegal. If not, I have a bunch of Tim Scruggs,Toos, for sale, priced right (like little chickens): cheap, cheap, cheap.

There are, or were, a ton of fake Adam cues being advertised as "made in Japan" on the internet.

You have to do your homework these days when buying stuff.
