Hi, Robin! :)

The $25,000-added Joss Tour event at Turning Stone Casino in Verona, NY happens twice a year, February and August.

With the advent of digital technology, these live events are being streamed to the forum on a more frequent basis.

AzBilliardsTV will be streaming the Pro Event at the Super Billiards Exp this month, at least that is what I think I read. As you know, at the Super Billiards Expo, there are many events taking place simultaneously, and the Pro Event is only one of MANY happenings. I got a pretty cool picture of you showing KM how to jump a ball with the Frog jump stick taken at the Super Billiards Expo. ;)

There are several sources today providing live streaming of pool happenings around the country. Check out this LIVE STREAM section of this forum: http://forums.azbilliards.com/forumdisplay.php?f=77

There seems to be something going on every single week now, which is pretty nice, considering pool's popularity with mainstream America is waning. Maybe this live streaming will give pool the much-needed boost that it needs.

Here's my post I wrote on this forum about that picture:

Robin is one nice lady. I only met her a few years ago at Valley Forge, but she and Keith used to be childhood friends in California. Her Frog jump cue is always a hit at the Super Billiards Expo, attracting quite a few onlookers. Allen Hopkins said the Frog jump cue is one of the BEST jump cues in the business, and for the money, it's a very good buy.

Here's a picture of veteran Robin Bell Dodson instructing an unorthodox-stroking Keith McCready how to jump a ball correctly with the Frog jump cue at her booth in Valley Forge last year. She raises her shooting arm very high before stroking the cue ball, and Robin always shares jumping strategies with anyone who asks. She's an asset to the sport and a very lovely person, inside and out.

Look at the concentration on KM's face. LOL! :grin-square:

Thanks for the memory....Keith was like "You want me to do what"!!!

I had a blast that day he was one of my tougher students...look at my face

I have a ton of fun memories with Keith growing up. One of my favorites "who was going to get to drive....we were both young and neither of us had a licence but David Sizemore would let us drive his car...now that was fun! Not recommended says the grandma in me now :)
