Yesterday I'm at Felt in Englewood,Co at around 11:30 AM and I'm playing Larry 10 ball races to 9.Usually we wind up 9-7 9-6 etc so they take awhile to play.I'm checking the outside to see how the snow is doing and it's just rather light.The heavy stuff is supposed to come in around 3PM or so.
After the second set I want to leave because it's 2:15 and i want to beat the heavy snow.
Larry says lets play one more set.Big mistake. This set ends up 9-8 and takes awhile.
I stopped checking the outside. Big mistake.
So we pay our time and go outside. It's a white out.Heavy snow and high wind.As we are cleaning our cars I'm yelling at Larry "one more set,you wanted to play one more set!"
Good news-I won 2 out of 3
Bad news-driving the 20 miles or so home was a nightmare.
 
I am glad you made it home Bruce. We have netted almost three inches up in the High country:p
 
Posting board snow tales make me glad I live in the Willamette Valley of Oregon.

It may be overcrowded here. Overcrowded, overtaxed, and over regulated. Corrupt political leaders, too.

But at least we just watch it drain away instead of having to shovel it. For the most part, anyway.

If your in Hawaii, then just cruise up to Mauna Kea, or Mauna Loa, they both got snow.

You should have went back inside and played all day and all night and all next day until the snow went away:)

Sounds like San Diego, but we dont get rain or snow!
 
Felt has 11 9 footers and 12 bar boxes.Full kitchen menu.Lots of TVs-Booze,beer and its a big room.
Not a bad place to be stuck in.
