Here is the lastest cue conversion from Full Splice Billiards, the cue was built for Az Member Danny Helper, aka Asiasdad. The cue features a Brunswick 26 1/2 Pre-Titlist that has Rosewood points spliced into a Maple forearm. The cues butt is nicely figured Birdseye Maple, with accent rings of maple with black checking, along with antiqued pearl rings. The cue butt cap and joint are Black linen phenolic, and the joint rings also have the same accents as the rings in the cues butt. The cue was completed with two shafts that both have Phenolic inserts, and the cue uses a 3/8-10 pin.

Any opinions would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks in advance and have a great day!!!!

Craig,
I think you captured the style of that era very well. It looks like something that could have been done back then. It also looks like you were able to get the same tone in the new birdseye as is in the old maple in the nose.
Nice job.

I agree....it looks great. I have seen a few of your conversions and you seem to add something different to each cue that many people wouldn't think about. That's what makes them stand out and look great!

Craig forgot to mention that this is also a 60" cue and as far as its' playabiliy is concerned, it is firm, crisp, solid, with great feedback, and quite frankly holds its' own with my TAD, Mottey, Judd Fuller, Murray Tucker, and Billy Webb cues.

I am pleased that you also signed this cue, as it is a professional quality conversion, and deserves it.

Thanks again Craig,
Danny

Thanks to everyone for the kind words and all the email concerning this cue. In addition thanks much for the post Danny, it was a plesure putting this one together for you. I think with a little more time my work can only improve, although I am very satisfied with this cue there is always room for improvement.

Thanks again to everyone, and have a good day!!!!

Craig - I really like that design! Get that in Danny's hands quickly, so he can bring it up to Seattle and let me give it a test-ride. You know, we were supposed to be at your place Tuesday, but somebody had too much work to do :(

Danny Picked the cue up Tuesday, and he was very happy with it Scott.
He also gave me a call Yesterday from Portland, he said that the cue got rave reviews from one of the better players in the area Bill Cress. Well, if you get some time Scott stop by, and I will show you my next project.

Have a good day!!!!!
