Just curious here

I personally Like the 12.75 best, but 12.5-13 works for me. I recently bought a 11.75 by mistake and it's way to unforgiving for me.. but my Dad loved it.

I play with a 11.75. But taper is more important to me. I prefer a long pro taper. Up to 12.75 is comfortable.

I've played with everything from 11.5mm to 13mm. I don't really have a preference, it's more about the hit and playing characteristics to me.

12.75 for me, but I may eventually try 12.5. Couldn't imagine going any smaller than 12.00, don't see any kind of benefits that could come from anything smaller. Anyone can get the same amount of spin and action from a 13mm down to anything IMHO, diameter and mm is strictly for comfort.

13 MM or a little less is good.
But the taper of the shaft is more important. I have a long stroke so a long pro taper feels best.

The bigger the table the smaller the mm.

The tighter the table, the smaller the mm.

I prefer between a 11.75 and 12.25 - if I specialized playing "bar tables" I may go up to 12.5 to 12.75.

There are specific reasons for the differences in pocket size and table size, relative to the tip size.

that makes sense, i mean technically. but is there a reason why predator made the fat shaft to cater specifically to chinese/taiwanese pool players?
