Ok, there is another thread going about why JA was so mad after the final of TS. I watched the video and there was a link to it there to. As I watched it I thought it was a little disrespectful of Ja to not want to right away shake hands as he and Shane get along. So I called JA and told him about the thread he was stunned that these conclusions were drawn from it and so he walked me through exactly what happened. So watch the video again and look at it this way.

JA has lost track of score and thinks after the winning rack that Shane is at 12 not 13. So Shane walks over to hi five/handshake with JA. He isn't interested in this until the match is over but still gives a half assed hi five, still a little confused. Shane says something like "Thats it man" at this point JA gets up and as he is walking around the table looks back as Shaner and says you gotta get to 13. He carries on around the table and looks at the beads as you can see in the video. Realizes he lost and continues around and shakes hands.

He still isn't happy about the loss mind you but hopefully that clears up that little part of it.

I've done that before too. Yea, it's super disappointing when you dont think it's over, but it is.

I was getting ready to comment in the other thread when I saw you posted this. I was going to say that in my 16 years of knowing Johnny I've NEVER seen him act like what they were saying. He gets upset with himself when he loses but I've never seen him be disrespectful to anyone else about it. Glad you called him & cleared it up, I was going to alert him to it as well. :)

Funny enough but in the chat I said its not over when everybody was saying nice match. Then the score came up saying that Shane had 13 but I clearly remember it being 11-5 in the beginning of the rack. Im gonna go back and look at the video.

How dare he not know the correct score.

joking...

I thought at one time the score was like 8-5, then Shane won to make it 9-5. I look back at the screen what I thought was like a minute later and see Shane make a 9 on the break to go up 11-5. I thought WTH and even asked in the chat room if Shane broke it in twice in a row.

I wasn't watching it exclusively, but I know toward the end Shane made a couple of 9 ball combinations and one 9 on the break. It seemed the last couple racks only took a few minutes.

Tell Johnny that I've shot the seven ball instead of the six because the six was the same color as the cloth. That might cheer him up.

Thats only part of it(5%), I can't and wont say what the REAL issue was.

On to better things.

The best way to keep it to yourself is to keep it to yourself ... (I know something you don't know...) :grin-square:

That was 5%? What else did he do? Make a move on Archer's wife in between racks?

"On to better things." nobody wants to go on to better things NOW lol. The elementary school rule is, if you bring it up and say you can't say it, you have to say it, or someone will challenge you to a fight at the Knoll field. . .

Just watched the video. Johnny clearly was confused about the score. I can't and won't say how I know but you are off by 95%.

Everything I say here is for a reason, sometimes its not meant for everyone. This is a example of that, I said what I said for a reason a good reason. not for public opinion or notoriety, i could give a rats ass about that.

No doubt with JA holding his head way down he was upset about something. But this thread is about the weird high-five/handshake and any fool can see that 100% of JA's delayed handshake was because he lost track of the score.

Everything I say on here, there is a reason for and it's not intended for everyone. This is an example right here.

Maybe, but I think it's more like 94.6%. And also, a 68% chance that no one will post in this thread in the next 14 minutes.
