WOW this is funny!!!But sad there cue makers out there that won't stand behind there work.:eek: :eek:
 
Tough spot for a cuemaker. If he starts refinishing every cue for free that gets mysterious blemishes on it months after he sold it he would have 100 people in line to get a free refinishing job.

I imagine if he thought it was his fault he would refinish it for free.
 
Now that's a dissatisfied customer...paying the ebay list fees instead of posting here for free !! In DP's defense, they sure do look like impact dents. His finish is very hard and I've seen a few of his cues do this in the distant past. However, them occuring so randomly over the cue is odd. At any rate, I'd sure hate to have to ponder legal action over a $400 cue....

recently, a cue maker here on the forum, pm'ed me about refinishing a cue of his that i had bought.. he told me.. that if i ever need it refinsihed, or the shafts cleaned.. to send it to him and he would work it into his busy schedule and only charge me for return shipping.. and i didnt even buy the cue from him.. now thats a guy who stands behind his work!

WOW...I checked the American Cuemaker's Association website: www.cuemakers.org, and Dale Perry is listed as a member. This association should really hear about DP's horible work and customer service. This is a real shame!!!!! I thought it was bad enough when he started selling his cues on ebay and undercutting all of his distributers.
 
Here's the first part of the ACA's mission statement:It is the mission of the American Cuemaker’s Association to establish and recognize a standard of excellence in the art of cuemaking,....etc.
