YES! Remember, Simonis needs to be put on in a rectangular pattern. If you overstretch the width in reference to the length or length to the width you'll distort the cloth, create stretch shadows and not have enough slack to close the side pockets or corners.

The video was designed to show how to install Simonis in a repeatable and uniform way. Indexing for consistency, layout to maintain the rectangle and attachment for maintaining the stretch over time without stretch shadows.

Glen and I were also trying to demonstrate that you don't have to "fight" Simonis to cover rails or beds. If done in the correctly, Simonis can be as user friendly as other billiard fabrics.

Before Donny replaced my cloth, mine had some spirals.
The balls acted funny going down the rails on soft shot.
