You and I are opposites, Neil, in many ways. I think he's good value in NPR, but a disaster when it comes to pool.

As for your thinly-veiled equestrian insults, would you force a thoroughbred to drink crude oil? Or would you let him run freely, unencumbered by detailed knowledge of the internal workings of the combustion engine?

The thought of calculating mine scared me, after reading this.

Just over 4 per day, for three years. One about every six hours....wow.

That's an awful lot of time spent here.

And yes Tim, I'm quite sure mine have been rather worthless to you as well. Merry Christmas to you, regardless.

You don't present yourself as the font of all knowledge.

But it is up to you (Americans) how you choose to approach the game of pool. I've given up on trying to improve American pool. You are clearly happy with the direction you are going in, so good luck to you. Physics all the way!

I don't know what "army" I may belong to. But your post suggests that you and PJ share philosophical views but that you don't know much about pool. Referring to his posts as a "disaster" is just WAY wrong.

I haven't agreed with ALL of his pool-related commentary but the VAST majority of his pool-posts are thoughtful, scientifically based...instead of just whimsical opinion...and are often maddeningly correct...as in when he's right and I'm wrong.

Thanks for changing your Avatar , though i would have liked a pure natural good looking pick, but at least better than the teeth one..

On PJ Posts, i visited few of them, the man knows pool, he is rarely wrong, people that do not want to agree with him, are either do not want to admit it, or do not want to give him acknowledgment that he is right, or simply have not gotten to where he has gotten.

Or think he's just plain wrong and won't be convinced until they can see whether or not he can actually play. Just because someone says something doesn't mean anything, no matter who they suck up to, or how many diagrams they produce.

As for the teeth in the photo, that was a bit of pork pie or something - Richard E Grant has perfect gnashers (he's not English, after all).

When do you play pool? Lately I feel like I have been addicted to it, I love the fact that there are people out there That have the same unhealthy relationship That I have for tpool. Az Is like internet porn, this website might be the reason why nobody's in the pool halls. For every post You should have to play at least an hour of pool. Lol.
