What incredible insight you have picking the winner after the match, that must have made you a small fortune.all day you say?
What makes it so much more difficult to hit center pocket on a shot that is 20" or less longer?? I prefer 8 ball on my 9' vs a 7' table because there is more room, congestion is always a problem in barbox 8 ball.Except there isn't one tough shot on a barbox for a good player who is used to playing on 9 footers. So its all about the cueball and adhering to 8 ball strategy to get through racks or duck if you can't.
If you play rotation on 9 footers well, there is nothing to bar box 8 ball. There are more clusters. They happen more often even after good breaks. While any pro has a very good chance (and even a decent player has some chance) of breaking them up and leaving a shot, they are not 100% - so there is a degree of toughness to them, even more so for 9ft players.
Tom's a great player. Acting like he's not makes no sense.People are talking Bergman up for Mosconi Cup on a big table but he can't even win on a barbox, his supposed specialty, against a guy AZB says has about $30k in career earnings. No thanks.
