I said I wish Justin would share his perspective and review the event. I mentioned nothing about winning or losing. You and another are stirring up the negative BS and the ever popular troll. You are the one(s) that are negating an honest thread question!

Wedge, I did not mention you in my original post so I don't understand why you would think that. There have a lot of negative posts about the performance of the USA team at the MC.

Let me try putting it in to different words.The point of my original post was that everything written in this forum or any other is so insignificant compared to what each member of the MC felt about the loss.

All I know is if I was a member of Team USA and lost, it would sting like a bi@th for a very long, long time and I sure as hell wouldn't spend one second on a forum taking heat from a bunch of cyber warriors that I've never met or plan to meet.

Why do you think more pros don't post here?

I'd like to see Chris Bartrum make the team.

I really enjoyed watching Team USA act like athletes, sportsmen and emissaries for our sport and our country. If you want sponsorship from Big business, this years team set a good example.
If our pool future looked bleak we needed to change the product and Mark Wilson has done that. Its obvious Team USA of the future needs sponsorship to be successful. Our players need to be able to compete,travel and be compensated.
This year the Europeans applauded good shots by our players. Hopefully Mr Wilson can present this product to Business n get some much needed and deserved Sponsorship. I think we have a great product now and we are going in the right direction.

I know for a fact that Schmidt was reading every post about him after he played bad on Tuesday and I'm sure it was a real confidence boost. This is a horrible place for Pro's to boost their moral if they're playing bad.

All he did was ask for a review, I don't see a big deal about that. I have been a part of this site for years and I can't begin to tell you the number of people who have hit n run us over the years. We as a community often reach out to these people with little to no return on the investment. Probably takes 20 minutes on a phone to make one post, to me that's disrespectful.

I think the hair on ass things are a little gay and I like gay people but not the gay shit so I have no comment.

Our team can not be that sad they lost some races to 5 against better players. If they would have won there would have been Miracle on Ice posts everywhere. No shame in losing especially as the underdog. I actually liked this squad this year wayyyy more than the last several years. I also did not bet on Team USA and I also bet that SVB would have a losing record so perhaps my pockets being slightly inflated makes me feel like that.

That is the question though...do you do it for the people who would appreciate it knowing that you can't please everyone. Team USA is a PR nightmare. Someone get Olivia Pope on the phone, they gotta fix this shit. oh and DC4L
