Justin is a contender for the DCC all around placing well in the banks and 1P. Oversleeps this morning and misses his 10am match....and his buy back window. Therefore, he is out of the 9ball which just removed him from the all around. Nice going.

Jeez. Cell phones have free alarm clocks on them.

The cell service is that place is absolute shit, especially Internet. I rode the elevator 4 or 5 times in 3 days with guys who had this same problem and were rushing to their match. Two of them said they were told times then told different ones, donno if that's true so hard to say. More often than not you can't get online and someone working in Legends told me "they want you to get on their wifi, just another way they can F$@& you in this place"........FWIW

They're always one at the DCC, but usually not one that's in the running for the all-around. Wow !!!!!!!!!!!

You don't need service to set an alarm on any phone. Most hotel rooms have alarm clocks, too!

Whatever happened to "personal responsibility"? Unless that he was gambling all through the nite then that would go right out the window. Tough break unfortunately...:frown:

Wifi has nothing to do with it. Phones have alarms built in

Very true, just stating a few things about the inconviences there...like if people were trying to call him. I set directly next to a friend of mine and texts took forever to go through....guess an $850 iPhone 6+ has its limitations

Oh, I hear ya.

Not the first time he's done that, 2013 10-ball/1P US Open it happened as well. I think he missed his morning match.

The annoncers on Accu-Stats said he finished playing his last match at 3:00 a.m. this morning which would leave ample time to get some rest and as others have said set his alarm clock. Can't believe he cost himself possibly $20 K

Priorities

I worked my last job for 26 years and the one before that for 14 years. I kept a plug in alarm clock and a battery powered alarm clock on my night stand. I never over slept, not once. My job was a priority and being to work on time was a priority. It is up to him, maybe sleeping was his priority. Just saying.......

It also might cost him a spot on the Mosconi as the 9 ball was a points event towards that. That is sad also for the USA cause Hall was by far the best player for the US last December.

What does cell service have to do with the alarm on his phone.

Wake up call AND the phone alarm. Inexcusable. Waiting on the "I was jarred" story.
