Hey guys. I'm about to install one of these tips on my WD700 shaft. I was wondering which tip was harder and more consistent. I might also consider the Kamui Black S. Any replies will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for all the help

i had a kamui black soft on my wd700, but i actually prefer a harder tip now, waiting for my triangles to come in.

Kamui Black M is definitely harder than triangle. I think I will be switching from M to S with next tip. either way, Kamui is a great tip

I use hard Triangle tips, have so for years, but I think I would like to try the hard Kamui also.Have heard a lot of good stuff about them.

Get a triangle and press it. It will get plenty hard. I have tried many layered tips and for the money the Triangle wins every time.

I just went from a Triangle to a kamui M, and sadly I'll be going back to a Triangle soon. A good Triangle plays lively and is hard to beat.

Is the Kamui M harder than a HARD Triangle?Whats the hardest tip out there that still holds chalk?

I have played with a Black Kamui hard for the last 2 years and use it for breaking and playing. I have had it flatten out a couple of times but it never mushrooms. I have used the ultimate tip tool to shape it to a dime about 3 times and now I haven't shaped it for over 6 months and the tip is still perfect. Triangles are a good tip but I have had problems in the past with getting a good one consistently.

Why is it sad? Look how much money you will be saving by getting a tip that you like that doesn't cost as much.

.

Triangle for sure

I've used just about everything out there and would not use anything but a good triangle tip, very hard to beat a good triangle.
