Don't get a medium. The medium one I had was hard. I mis-cued alot. Try a soft or a super soft. I switched to a Morri slow and I love it..

Sorry bro, don't wanna be a smartass or anything but..this question cannot be answered unless you tell what you are looking for.....

I've been using Moori Mediums but I've been told that Kamui Blacks the way forward....

Try the Super Soft or Soft then, these will come close to the hardness of your Moori Medium. The Kamui Black medium will be much harder than what you are used to.

I like the sound of MUCH harder....my cue came with an Everest medium, and it seems a bit soft (doesn't play bad at all - I just like a harder "feel"), so maybe I'll have to try one of the Black mediums....

I know exactly what you mean, and I feel the same way. This weekend I am retipping all my shafts with Everest tips. Not that they're a bad tip, but I prefer the hit of the Kamui brown medium or the Kamui black soft.

Take the soft. I use the Medium and thinks it is a little to hard. But thats my personal opinion.

damn right don't get the medium. the hard's way better

How's the hard compare to other hard tips out there? I was thinking of trying the superpro next, but if the Black hard is getting strong support from players I may try that. As I said in the post above, the Everest medium is a good performing tip, but I'm not sure if I can used to the very soft feel....

I've heard that the Kamui Blacks basically step up on the scale from previous tips

black medium = hard
medium soft = medium
soft = medium soft
super soft = soft

I bought a medium for billiards cue, and soft for pool cue, but haven't put them on yet.

I would agree with this.

I have been playing witht the Kamui Hard Brown for quite some time and tried the black hard and kept going WTF. I put a medium on and everthing was well with me. Altough the SS and S have been selling like hot cakes and I can't keep enough on hand and as long as these things last I might be out of a job but then again i guess people still like smoories. The older ones are great but as of late they just make me tilt my head with shame. If you have been Playing with the Moori M then go with the KB SS I think you will be happy but only if you are jsut playing on a Bar Box any big table games and I would go with the Soft.
