Keith McCready and Keith Bennett played...what happened?

Who can forget Sam Monday when they think about North Carolina?! A quality player, good to gamble with, and I like him! :p

And then there's the seasoned North Carolinian veteran, Frank Tulles. :)

Check out Charlie in the background sporting a perm. :grin-square:

Jam

You must have the most comprehensive pool picture archive in existence. You should donate your collection to the Smithsonian's American History Museum. They would definitely have enough to create a nice exhibit.

We here in Calif Love Our Native Son "Earthquake".:wink:Could you imagine? Keith writes his book, and JAM could follow up with an encyclopedia of pictures. Now there you would have some Pool History. In a privous thread they asked who you liked to spend time with. I said Keith, well that also included JAM and now you all now why i would choose the Dynamic Duo.:D Thanks for sharing.:)

I found another NC picture from the Carolinas Open. I labeled this one "The Carolina Contingency." :p

Here's another North Carolinian gentleman gambler, Gene Hooker, on the left, who also sponsors the Carolinas Open! :)

Hmm, I can almost smell that barbecue now. Each night at the Carolinas Open, the locals were there grilling out front of Fast Eddie's in Goldsboro.

I had to throw this picture in. That was some good eatings! :p

I will never be able to look at Tony Watson the same way, after reading this thread! :embarrassed2:

I love hearing him talk. When he gets going, he's so funny! :grin-square:

And who are these two fine-looking young players?! I forgot I had this picture. I'm having fun perusing my old pics. :p

Both of these players are AzB-ers, though they post under a forum name.

I think -- and I may be wrong -- the one on the right is living in N.C. now?

Maybe he'll chime in again on this thread and let us know! He may not want to let us know what he looks like, though! You know how those players are, always wanting to fly under the radar. ;)

The one on the right now lives in Alexandria, VA but stops off in Columbia, SC to visit his daughter (and Grady's pool room) on a monthly basis. The one on the left can't even spell pool anymore. I think his name is Warren Kochis or something like that.

That dude on the right can play. Really plays solid.

That guy on the far right is Rodney Strickland. He posts on here. We went to college together, worked together and hung out quite often. He's in Myrtle Beach now.

He looks so much like this other guy I know. Are you sure that's Rodney?
