Keith McCready MIGHT be coming out of retirement!?!

No one's list is bulletproof, its all bullish!t anyway. How often does anyone on these made up lists match up anymore? I do think if Daulton practiced for one month, he would be in the solid second tier (of my list). With zero practice, I'd still put him as a favorite over my 3rd tier guys (in 9/10 ball).

you dont even have 2 of our great players on your list
that would be 1st tier.

Tier 1: SVB, Archer
Tier 2: Earl, Rodney, Dechaine, Deuel

Tier 3: Mills, Henny, Moore, Shuff, Dominguez, Schmidt, and a ton of others that can bat each other at any time

Thorsten, Appleton live in the U.S. but I did not include them

Players living in the U.S

Tier 1: Appleton, SVB, Archer
Tier 2: Earl, Rodney, Dechaine, Deuel

hatch
mika
they should be up on 1st tier

I'm sure I forgot many players. It was just a representation, that shows how Hennesey could be in the 3rd tier. For example, I think on my list, if tier 1 played any player on tier 2, they would be the favorite, but not able to give any weight. Yet if tier 1 played tier 3, they would be expected to give weight, or the game would most likely never happen. As examples, SVB gave Hennesey a lot of wight (7 I believe) and beat him handily at DCC couple years ago. But SVB wouldn't spot Corey the lag, if they were gambling. Another example is Mooris gave you the 8 on TAR, if I remember correctly. Sure you beat him, but playing with weight in the first places shows you two are on different tiers (or your'e a great hustler;) )

Just my opinion, all in fun...

shane could spot cory the 9 ball and win easy.

Mika , falls under Appleton, thorsten. Not U.S. people so I left em out.

Hatch is no top tier 1 player.

Theres 2 of them, that were born and raised here and Hatch isnt one.
Hatch is drawin dead playin either of those 2.
Tier 2 yes. I missed him, but no tier 1

how many usa players are you going to make a fav over hatch?

Shane could spot anyone that was born and raised on U.S. soil the 9 and win, in long sessions, days after days.
His break will just wear em out.

Hell I say SVB can spot those tier 3 players the 7 and win. His break will just eat em up day in day out.

he would not want to give archer the 9 on a tight
table .

Im basing it off a 4.5" table, which most events are played on.

On a tight table of course that makes a difference, but I dont think ANYONE living, or born and raised here want to play SVB EVEN on a tight or loose table.
NONE

1st tier to me, mean they can compete with one another on a daily basis.
I dont they anyone else in the U.S. can compete with those 2 day in, day out.

Thats just my opinion of course.

Theres a ton of players in the tier 3. A ton.

im with you there svb archer the 2 best we have.
since they are a ball or so above anyone else we have
then that makes everyone else go to 2nd tier and lower.
ok ic

Atta boy. I knew a smooth criminal would figure it out.
lol

Hows poker been treatin you lately

You guys are nitpicking over one or two players. The point is, you take the top players in the country (of the pros), and they will fall into certain groups. This is true of any sport. Depending on how you break up the tiers, depends on how many players make it in each tier.

I broke my tier up by clear favorites (playing even) separates 1 tier from the next. And a 2 tier separation requires weight to be given.

This is why only 2 players make it to tier 1, SVB and Archer.

In contrast, if you included amateurs in the tiers, then every single pro would be tier 1, unless you had 50 tiers.

Just look at the action room threads when there is a big tournament going on, and see what the betting lines are. I'm not saying they are the end all, but they sure show who the degenerate pool population (us on here) consider favorites.

hahahaah
when they say 3rd tier for henny i did not think of
it like that.
i know there are not more then 10 usa players fav over
henny.

Of course not. You are correct there.
I just say theres 2 in tier 1,
maybe 4-5 in tier 2,
and Henny is at the top of the rest.
