Cues cases
I called the sale, they said all the cues and cases are gone. I'm curious as to how much they all went for, I believe they were telling me that they sold all the cues and cases to one person. I really wanted the K T case, that definitely had entertainment value. Does anyone have any idea as to the maker of the cases? JB? Justis?

There were 2 cases, both Justis. One inlaid with gator or lizard and inscribed "KT". The other has Kevin Trudeau scripted scripted across the business card holder. The inlaid case is completely excellent, the other is excellent but one side is sun-faded from where it sat in the corner of Trudeau's pool room.
They maybe end up being my lifetime cases or I might list them tomorrow on eBay in a No Reserve auctions starting at $9.99. Does "really wanted" have a dollar translation and which case interested you?

i can add (not that yáll care), but that furniture list, is some of THE MOST EXPENSIVE manufacturers, in the past 50 yrs.
God knows what he dropped on it, cause those mfgs required a minimum 300% markup - and they overcharged wholesale to begin with. the ironic thing is, if he bought it from a Chicago dealer, then they are out of business as of 5 months ago. so are half of the mfgs.
i found his flamboyance, very telling. would you drop $20K on just a dining room table? FYI, you can buy it back @ $1K now.

Did not. My wife actually went there and got the cues and cases and some DVDs as well as a few estate type items. She did bring me an autographed pic of Captain Hook dedicated to "Kevin" which will be my lifetime autographed hook pic (OBO).

Yup, exactly, along with all of his furnishings and accessories, all purchased at ultra retail with no real thought to value. He could have hired a decent designer, still gotten raped, and had some classy stuff of value for less money that I would have been interested in carting home. As it was for me, it was pool stuff and some Christofle which wasn't well cared for and some china bits. In all the art he had on the walls, not one thing was old or interesting.

KT did have several homes...more than two (Chicago suburbs and Ojai CA). I don't know if the judge has figured that out yet, but I'm betting he will find more property and possessions/cash that KT has hidden, before it's all over. KT is still behind bars as of now. FTR, I agree with JB, that KT did have some good intentions, but it was still profit driven. He had some good ideas, but tried to go too big, too fast and floundered.
