Kremlin Cup stream...??

Are combinations not allowed? I'm watching Thorpe vs Kazakis and Kazakis just combed the 2 into the 10 and the 10 came back up. Is this a match or just practice?

edit : no it's a match. But again, why no early 10 combos?

Those are current WPA rules.

9.8 Continuing Play

If the shooter legally pockets a called/nominated ball on a shot (except a push out, see 9.4 Second Shot of the Rack – Push Out), any additional balls pocketed remain pocketed (except the ten ball; see 9.9 Spotting Balls), and he continues at the table for the next shot. If a player nominates and legally pockets the ten ball prior to the ten ball being the last remaining ball, the ten ball is re-spotted and the shooter continues, while pocketing the ten ball as a final ball at the table, he wins the rack. If the shooter fails to pocket the called ball or fouls, play passes to the other player, and if no foul was committed, the incoming player must play the cue ball from the position left by the other player.

This kid Kaci is a monster but he must the slowest player now. He makes Ralf look like sprinter. Come on, kid just cos you have long life in front of you doesn't mean you have to take your sweet time:grin-square:

what did the euro team do?

Niels, albin, Filler and kaci must be a lock to be on this year's Euro squad.

Kaci and He are pretty safe, Albin too I guess.
Niels is in a good spot, but Filler, Shaw and Melling will have to battle for the captains pick.
But there are still three events to play, so there are plenty of points to grab.

Won't make much difference who get's the captain's pick. All three are killers! This looks like another mismatch this year. It would be the upset of the century for Team USA to win. The line should be Europe -6 or 1,000-100 if you want to bet Europe. The reality is that the short matches actually favor's Team USA. If all the matches were a Race to Eleven, they might get shut out! ;)

There it is. Short races, anyone can get beat. I still wish Justin Bergman was involved. But USA has a shot with races to 5.

Alex Kazakis will play his 3rd Kremlin Cup Final in the last 3 years!!!

Well played Kazabooboo, make us (even more) proud!!
