I was pulling for Rodney but I have to say that he gave the match away. This kid was clearly nervous and Rodney made him stronger. Rodney missed too many easy shots. Rodney was matching him safety for safety and beating him to the punch but couldn't close the door. Rodney made some poor choices and looked like he gave up. (of course I play perfect on the couch) This kid had to be wondering what he was afraid of.
That said he definitely plays world class and showed some heart and poise to take it down like that. He put a four pack on Rodney with ease. Although I don't know the participants I will watch the finals tommorrow for some good pool.
