He beat the bye on the losers side, and promptly lost his next match. Does this still count as a 2 and out since he beat the bye? :D

Ok but seriously, this guy needs to stop talking about how great he plays if losing 11-4 in the US Open is the best he has ever done in any pro tournament he's entered.

Well, at least he played. He's supporting the game in some small measure.

There's only one Larry in the serious pro pool world and his name is Larry Nevel.
I have to disagree. Haven't you ever seen Fast Larry's stroke. Neval could learn a thing or two from it. 11-4! He must of been playing one handed or something.

Well as Cow Patty said

Well as Cow Patty said, it's how you do when the chips are down that counts!

True, at least he played. If I had the money and time, I would do the same, and maybe I wouldn't win a single game. However, I don't make claims to hold world records (which are false), and say that I am one of the greatest players that ever lived. Larry does on a regular basis.

i just got back from the open......when i saw he was playing today i immediately headed over to watch lol. Man it was sad, derek had him down like 4 to 0 i think when i got up and went to watch another match.
