More info in other thread about Balabushka box :O)

In another thread is was shared with us, that this item is real. Willie was doing a demo at a pool store and george sent some new shafts to use. Store owner kept the box. Some other AZers have tried to purchase in the past.

The price is uncalled for, IMO.
 
I just offered the guy $100 for it, and told him that's more than it's worth. We'll see what he has to say.

For $50K, I would bring that box to your door in person and take you out to dinner.

As for the shipping of the box, he is probably just going to stick a label and stamp on it and had it to the mailman.

I'm sorry, this is only my opinion....who the hell in their right mind would buy a cardboard box just because it was sent to Mosconi? Don't get me wrong, I love the game and a fan of Mosconi's...but damn! Whoever buys it should seriously consider psychiatric help, not to mention, the guy selling it for $50K.

Think he'd let me trade in some of my mint condition personally autographed custom cardboard cases for it?
I have a picture of some famous pool players somewhere that I could make copies of for him and include....!
I think I have some with stamps already on them from some places as far off as Paris!(Texas)
