Here is the latest Cue Building Lathe I have built and shipped. The new features and improvements are:
4-sided taper bar
5" wide bindless carriage
1/2" wide heavy duty gear rack an pinion gear
Independent gear driven lead screw Auto-Feed system

Looks real nice Bassel, i still think the motor should be mounted the opposite way to help protect it from dust, and please tell me that's not a penn state controller in that penn state box. I'm sure it's not, but am curious to know what motor/controller set up it has.?

Thats not a penn state motor or controller, I haven't used a penn state motor for a while now, nor I plan to ever using it again
This is my 1/3HP DC motor with speed control and Rev switch. I have sold over 85 motors with only one return, which had a faulty switch only. Those motors are the best I have ever used. One more thing, this motor is sealed so dust wont bother it, and mounting it backwards is an available option

Thanks for all the kind remarks, I am glad someone appreciates all the hard work and countless hours that I have spent in designing and building those lathes.

Here are couple of my new sanding mandrel batch, with all stainless steel body and the grinding was all done on my new OD grinder done all between centers as a set, the measured runout on the OD grinder is 0.00015". All the set that I made so far are perfect.
I currently have 3 sets of 3/8-10 (.308" barrel) ready to ship
I will sell 2 as a set 0.837" and 0.845" and the third set 0.838"
Those 3 sets are discounted from $295 to $275 shipped, if you buy 2 sets together $510 shipped
All other orders standard retail price applies $295 per set and $540 for 2 sets.
Sizes in stock ready to grind to size are 3/8-10 (regular an 0.308") 3/8-11, Radial, and 5/16-14
