Leather Tip Recommendations for a Jump/Break Cue

Any of you have any suggestions for a good leather tip for a jump/break cue?

I currently use a White Diamond, which I much prefer over a phenolic tip, but don't like the lack of control. Personally, I feel I break better with my shooting cue, but want to give a leather tip a try before I swear off break or jump/break cues completely. However, I want a good balance between a durable tip that can take the abuse of breaking but will have as little impact as possible on the ability to use the j/b cue as a jumper.

I am considering a Sumo tip or maybe even the black ingot (sp?) from Samsarra, if I can get my hands on one. Another option I am considering is buying a cheap tip such as a Elk Master and pressing the hell out of it, like a milk dud.

Anyone have any other suggestions?

SuperPro..........Its just as nice as a Sumo, but it doesnt chip like the new Sumo's.

I use it as a playing tip also, cause i like hard tips. But they break great.

if your going to compress a cheap tip, i'd say start with something harder like a le pro or triangle, but the other guy has it right with the super pro.

i had a white diamond on mine that poped off after about a year and half and before putting anouther one back one, i tried out a super pro and it worked really really well, not to mention they are insanely cheap, though i liked the white diamond better and went back.

although they are insane expensive on the other end of the spectrum, but you could try out tiger's new icebraker. its a phonelic/leather hybrid. its a phonelic tip with a hole drill in the middle and leather put in the hole.
