I'd guess he probably farms them out to his apprentice, based off what has been said about him not touching stuff unless it is high dollar.

I'm sure Richard isn't doing them today, unless it is some really high dollar cue..

When I had him make my cues, back in 1978 and 1981, he was working by himself and had just been making cues for 3 or 4 years.
