Have Earl and Sigel play.....they legitimately don't like each other. It was so close to happening at the open but unfortunately didn't pan out...... we got some great footage of the two of them bantering back and forth at Q Masters.....Earl said he could give Mike the 7 on a 5x10.....

it would be quite entertaining.
Maybe I will have to talk to RKC andsee how easy it would beto convert a 5x10 snooker table to a pool table. I imagine it would take changing the rails thats easy enough but finding rails ofthe size needed would be the hard part I think.

Where will these proposed matches be played. Keith, against ANYONE!
What did I say at the begining of the thread??? There are alot of option but these are the matches I am looking at. I believe I can make these matches happen however the only way I can afford to make them happen is if I PPV. So that kinda counds you out as I know you won't spend any money. Also lets just say its at your local pool room, therewould bea gate fee probably so that counts you out again right?

Mark I am FRUGAL, so that is nothing new. I ask a question, and "said Keith, against ANYONE".

You seem to have some sort of problem with FRUGAL PEOPLE!

I have a problem with NITS. What does it matter to you where it is? You won't watch it and you won't go to it. We know this already. What does that say about you? That we already know what your actions will be before it happens? We know because there is a little money involved and if it ain't free you don't want it.

I say Keith against anyone and Jimmy against anyone. So why not have them play each other!

And I'll pay.

I have a problem buying PPV on accu-stats maybe it's because I'm on a wireless connection?

When I click on the "buy this match" link, windows gives me an error message.

I am trying to finalize this deal as we speak so hopefully I will have newssoon. The more feedback I get the better. Thanks for the support,

We've been waiting for how long to see Keith return to the table? It's a no brainer given only these 2 options.

Sorry, not to cloud the issue at all but I'm still touting a ring game as the ultimate coup de grace. When was the last time we saw greats on live stream play ring? I can't recall any and suspect the ppv #'s would reflect that pent up demand. Wire 'em up and listen to the players in the seat talk sh1t after every roll. Hell, encourage them to do so. Sharking allowed! The entertainment value would exceed ANY matchup IMO.

Regardless, I applaud you for continuing to swing outside the box Mark. Knock it out of the park.

Thanks KK9, I am trying to put together "The Legends Championship Series" This is just the begining I hope and hopefully next year everyone will be ina ring game. Thereis quite a bit of $$ involved to make it happen as I want to have added $$, pay their expenses to get there and also pay the live stream to come and do it. All with the hopes that ppv goes well and I at least can get my $$ back and not go inthe hole too bad. I think once I get one going it will create some interest and maybe get some sponsor $$ behind it and that way we can have a bunch of the Legends play in it.
Thank you for the kind words and compliment

I'm sure there are still plenty of 5 x 10 pocket tables hanging around the country, in some Elks clubs, Eagles clubs...pool rooms etc...it would be easier to bring the players to the location than it would be to build the table...then bring the players.

Here's what I see about this...neither of these players we're talking about grew up playing on 5x10 pocket tables...as they were before their time...so, what was available in their time was 9ft GC1's, 2's, and 3's, Centennials, Anniversary's...with 5" corner pockets and 5 1/2" side pockets...so, why not have them play on the exact same tables they won world championships on respectively...instead of trying to see which one would win on a 5x10....isn't that kind of the same thing as saying...lets put them both on a table with 4" corner pockets and see who wins? Either way, you're never going to get to see the play of days gone by...if it's not on the "SAME" equipment...that they BOTH did so well on in their prime...that's my opinion on this;)

Glen, there was a post prior to the one you commented on where Earl told Sigel he could give him the 7 on a 5 x 10. Thats where the concept was coming from. Just feeling it out to see if there was something that could be done/

re:

Earl v johnny 100% i want to see Earl take him out, and even the score from thier previous IPT encounter.

You want have to twist my arm to get me to buy either match and I'll double up if Buddy or Mike gets to play the winner. Earl did play on a 10 footer growing up in North Carolina and there is still a few of them around here to play on.--Leonard

Hi Mark,

Are you guys coming to Alpena, Michigan again this next Feb. ?

Love to see you guys up here in the boondocks again.

Thanks again for the good time last year.

Dan Myles

Hey Dan, I would have to see what Rita has to say about it and her sponsors. I wouyld love to I had a great time last time just the drive tothe airport kinda sucks. I would be happy to go though.

Just ask yourself how many times have you seen Jimmy play pool in the last 20 years against how many times you've seen Earl and Johnny play over the last 20 years.

It's a no brainer!

Wish I had more pics of Jimmy. I do have a few, but here is the best one from Vegas in 2006.
