The thread on the "best player" got me to thinking. ESPN had a Legends of Pocket Billiards tournament about 20 years ago. It featured Willie Mosconi, Irving Crane, and Luther Lassiter among others. My question is, 20 years from now, who would you put in a Legends of Pocket Billiards tournament?

I'm sitting here at working watching this on DVD and found this old post. Interesting question by the OP, even if it was 5 years ago.

Fairly good list here, but some of these guys will be too old in 20 years. In fact, many of them will be. Archer, Ralf, CJ, Earl (69 in 20 years), Chao and Francisco might work. More realistic is to ask who would be on it now or in ten years.
