As a christmas gift for my pool team I was hoping to pick up an hour or two of lessons for some mid level players APA 5-6.

Anybody have any recommendations? we are local to louisville.

maxeypad2007...I will be at the DCC from 1/23-through 2/3. If you would like to discuss me working with your team, please give me a name and phone number for you (or give me a quick call...773-551-7473). Where would you plan to do this, as there's no poolroom in Louisville, is there?

If there are any instructors that might be willing to come to my house for a few hours before, during, or after the DCC I would be very interested. I am less than two hours away from the Louisville area.

PM me if anyone is willing.

Diamond Pub and Billiards (this is a bar and poolroom not the table manufacturer) in Louisville has Diamond bar tables and 2 9ft tables at least they did the last time I was there a couple of years ago.

Just saw Mark Wilson give a group lesson here in St. Louis.

I imagine he will be at the DCC to do some commentary, as in past years. You could probably work with him to arrange sumthin'.

You must be in a different league than I was in. I offered to give the APA 2's or 3's lessons on safeties. The captain said "hell no, we want them to remain 2 and 3's". So, are you sure you want the lower ones to improve??? Just asking? If they improve, you'll have to transplant them for other ones weaker. Bad!

Oh C'mon Scott, you know you want to go give DCP some lessons.
He has his mother folder and everything all ready.

I guess nobody wants to come and help me. Hard to believe that Pool instructors would turn down the opportunity to make some $$$.

Come down to DCC. I'll be free the first Saturday. Well, not "free" free, but "available" free.

Your close to varner, he does small group lessons by appointment. Doesn’t nessasarly have to be at the derby

I typically cant get to the DCC because of high school basketball commitments.

When exactly is the DCC this year? And where exactly is it located?
Horseshoe Casino Elizabeth IN. Basically by New Albany. Last week in January.

It lasts a whole week. If you're that close I'm kinda shocked you've never gone at least for an afternoon and more shocked you didn't know the where.
