Cincyman, buddy, no offense, but I think this post is telling of what's going on in the haters' minds. There was another poster who basically did the same thing:

He complained about Fatboy getting all this attention, and then when someone explained to him, he basically said, "OK, I see... Well then, how about this Fatboy plays me some for some money?"

It seems like the haters themselves are the ones who hope to get a piece of Fatboy's money! LOL. :p

As far as a good move goes, I was speaking of the entertainment value of it being totally unexpected from the viewpoint of "putting the school yard bully in his place." It was hilarious!

You seem to be hung up on the "nothing happened, nothing happened". Something did happen. A loudmouth blowhard got called out, tucked tail and ran! Believe me, these two aren't done yet and I'd love to be there when it really does jump off.

Since you seem to be so critical of someone hanging their nutz out there and nothing happening, why don't you entertain us with stories of your multitude of monster scores that you've taken down. Maybe, then, we can crown a new king.

Fatboy ain't the king, just one of the gang here.

I only said that because he ended a post to a respected member to " you want to flip a coin and the window is open" I mean come on .

I mean i can say that to a homeless person with 20 bucks in my pocket and make myself feel as if i have "heart" because they cant match my money. Instead I would give the homeless a 20 and feel like i have "heart" are you guys beginning to understand yet?

If you know anything about gambling only the people with no skill wanna flip. I made that comment because i am no champion but i believe i can beat Fatboy in ANY GAME on the pool table. So i said " the window is open" to play pool which is what this site is. It is not Azflipacoinfor100,000 andthinkihaveheart It is Azbilliards!!

I hope to get Fatboys money by beating him at pool not by sucking a$$ and hoping to pick up a 100 he dropped.

I just have a different opinion of gamble and heart and i think being reminded EVERY post of money, cars, houses, szambotis, southwests, heart, flipping a coin, and that gets OLD.

I do not want attention i just want to show him real gamble as i will send my house life savings cars cues friends wife and whatever else i can muster to play him , that is heart (maybe not the wife lol) so i dont have to hear about it any more.

I will also take the handspan from bucktooth lol:D just kidding AZE thats your game

It's probably the flaunting that pisses some people off more than anything else. I say if you've got it... flaunt it. I think it's good for the game. A few more Fatboys and Toofs would be a good thing in my opinion. :D

I like Fatboy and consider him my pal. So what if he's got some money? I'm happy for him. If YOU had the cash, I'de be happy for YOU. To start a thread like this makes no sense at all. What did he ever do to deserve this kind of post? Imagine what he must feel like inside now? For what? I agree with Jim 100%.
 
after the vid was put out I figured most of you would take for what it was....

It sure didnt seem like the full on punk that it was made out to be. Nothing really happend when get right down to it.... I guess that means we will deal with continued smack talk for a while yet.

I like fatboy, I even (failed though) attmepted to meet up and play some back in July when he was over here last. I would still like to if he ever shows back up on this side of the pond. but the window is still open comment kinda rubbed my the wrong way. Just flexing a bit too much for me..but hey..whatever.. I dont dislike the dude b/c of it ...but I can see how some folks just didnt like it at all.

I never started ANY thread about Fatboy. I answered a question thread that was about the ring game and got flamed for it similar to what you are doing here. I was at the derby and i go every year. I saw him in Grasselys room mentioning to me and people with me his money and cues and how much theyre worth. he did not know me or them but felt it necessary to mention it.

i am not TRYING hard, i was simply supporting someone who was startign a thread about something me and many many others agree on but cant say anything without getting flamed ( ex: see your response :D )

The nut hangers are so many, that what i say is twisted and turned and then made fun of, when in reality it is very spot on.

I know and have heard you were there hanging with the TAR and the AZ clique so i expect you to "defend" your new found cronie but if you dont have a response to the reason pr purpose for this thread why throw in your 2 cents?

This is my opinion the irony is all the nut hangers and clique members flame anyone who thinks differently and my point is proven:p

OK, sorry man. I didn't know you were referring to a specific post. I won't claim that I've read all of his posts and that he can do no wrong. I won't comment on that post one way or another because I didn't read it or the posts that lead up to it.

I can understand him offering to flip with Bucktooth though. Bucktooth had been harassing him for months. We all know Bucktooth is a lock artist, and Fatboy's game fluctuates depending on how his health is on a given day. How could he expect to ever get a fair game with Bucktooth? I think the coin flip was just his way of getting Bucktooth to chill out a little, by offering a gamble that would truly be 50/50 for each person. It was funny for a lot of us to watch, based on the history between the two of them that lead up to it.

seriously, stop hatin on the dude. he never brought up what he had until other people did, and now that it's been brought up there will always be jealous *****s *cough *ahem who try to dissect everything that he does to try to find fault in his actions.

you act like he's the one who's making all these threads about punking bucktooth. he's actually been modest about it, except to respond to a few posts and to tell what actually happened.

all he did was he proved that tooth has no gamble. if you're not willing to bet on a 50/50 shot but talk about how you're willing to ship 40k then you're a lock artist with a big mouth. the reason everyone is harping about this incident is cuz for a very long time we're been fed this bullshit about how much heart bucktooth has, how much gamble he has, how noone is willing to bet it up but him.. etc. etc. etc., and when he's actually approached to actually gamble (not play a lock game) he refused. because of that ppl on this fourm are reveling in it.

so put down that bottle of hateorade and take a chill pill.

I also apologize for getting the wrong impression from your earlier post. I read it as you had started a thread about him and were upset for not getting any responses.

And just because I hung out with my friend Justin at the TAR booth doesn't mean I am one of Fatboy's "cronies". I saw him but didn't even meet him. I am not defending him or anyone else, just pointing out to you what it looked like to me. You used capital letters to show how little you care about Fatboy.....it seemed ironic to me.

No, actually all he did was talk to a guy about flipping a coin? What else was discussed? To say he has no gamble is one of the most ridiculous things I have heard on here.

It was an absolute embarrassment to pool to have him in that ring game. I remember several threads about if people wanted to watch non pros play and 100% of the respondents said NO. On the other hand lots of people wanted to watch non pros play pros if there was a spot which made the game fair.

There used to be a time in pool, 20 years ago when you would qualify by points for tours, tournaments, etc. there were media guides with pros pictures, information about them, etc. I remember that because recently I was looking at an old with Bob Dickerson in it and he had to play his butt off to get in there. Lots of people are annoyed at someone who carries on and talks about what they have. As the previous poster stated what is the purpose in standing around talking about the value of your cue, cars, house, etc?

Pool players talk about pool, a sport they love, this guy hasn't even been around long enough to get up to being green. However, I guess some people believe you can just buy and mouth your way into the pool world.

Then there is the post about this being one of the best moves ROFL, and what moves have I seen, gee I don't know. Been around since the Bowery Days, Sticks and Stones, Bruce's, Michaels, Hard Times and the big move everyone is talking about is someone refusing to flip a coin? WOW. If people can't really see that there is nothing to someone being "punked" for whatever that is worth, then there is a problem.


Ya, Jack C sure had nothing on this guy and his awesome punked move, it is the best move ever.

what is up with all of these posts regardign what Fatboy did at the DCC? I read numerous posts where Bucktooth tried to call him out to play for serious money. But if Bucktooth is so much better at pool than Fatboy why would Fatboy want to give Bucktooth a guarantee victory and just hand him over the money, that's what it would pretty much be if one player is much better than the other. Instead, tired of all the comments from Bucktooth Fatboy called him out to flip for it. This is true gambling in its finest 50:50. Bucktooth didnt have to flip for $100,000, he could have done it for any number he wanted, but as it appears he doesnt want to just gamble. He wants to win, and I dont blame him for that, that's how he makes his living, but how can you bash Fatboy for doing what he did. anyone of us with that much money would probably do the same, call someone out if they had an opportunity, and not let that guy trap them into playing a game in which you had no (or very little) chance of victory. I am not supporting or bashing on either of them it is just funny how many posts are popping up over this.

Id be happy for anyone too-provided they earned the money in an honorable way.
