I remember pictures of his 8-point cue loaded with red star sapphires, a beautiful cue, held it more than once.
I also saw it in a magazine, likely have it in my files. I will look.

Did Bill ever say how many cues he built? I seem to see a lot more of the older 70's Era logo for sale. I would assume he made less later in his career because the artistry was so high and detailed. I also wonder if he did his own cabischons.[/QUOTE]
