If your asking about a miter blade, Lee at Brianna products offers them, or option 2, tilt your blade.

Lee is not offering these anymore he now has a saw and blade table with a vacuume fixture the most perfect cut and fit you can imagine he will have these done later this summer hopefully his next show will be the Hopkins show next year due too health issues he isnt doing shows anymore.

Not as tricky as you think, align both strips on a piece of tape, The tape works as a hinge.

set up a router with a 90 degree cutter on it and make a jig to hold the venneer, its alot cheaper than that blade

If you are trying to use a 90 deg V cutting router bit for folded veneers then it won't work. The finished angle won't be 90 deg so when folded they won't fit for good points. If trying to use the V cutter for making two pieces at 45 deg each for putting back together it is hard to make a jig that will hold the veneers without spending a lot of money. I showed a jig that will cut veneers perfectly on a table saw as Mike stated using a standard blade that costs less than 5.00 to make. There are other ways to make that cut also but the table saw method is pretty simple that does good work economically.

Hello,

Here is one way to do it that works for me. If you sandwitch the glued up veneers between two peices of hard material it will eliminate the rough edge that you will get when cutting the angle.
