Hi MoM,

Thanks for agreeing with me that is a long road to travel for bigtruck.We talked when he was at rest stop's and let me tell ya what a view.

bigtruck was live streaming from some rest area's so the Stream Team would be on a virtual tour with him as he traveled 1480 miles to hollywood cali. :thumbup:

I am Using All HD now. The stream is currently as high of quality as Ustream will allow for free.

I am considering offering my show as an HD stream, but it will $5-10 per show.

The free low res version would still be available. What do y'all think?

Hi Ray-

To view an HD feed, do we need a different computer setup? Faster i/net connection? Or for this reasonable fee-just get a better picture. I'm pretty clueless about the technology.

Making options available is always good.

HD stream would be great. I would definitely be interested in PPV in HD.

If you have a broadband connection (3mbps+) you should be fine to view hd.

Hi upstateAL,

Whew! I know firsthand that is one long@ss trip by drive! We've made soooo many trips just from Wichita to Vegas and/or California and it's 1100-1300 miles one way. In fact, we're discussing making that trip again this summer pulling the RV, and giving it much more thought because of the distance, and due to our aging. :eek:

But I'm sure we're going to go ahead and load up the truck & RV and do it again, although we'll be taking it a little slower. :grin: Gone are the days when we made that trip in 18-20 hours in the Vette, like we did when we were decades younger! :yikes: It now takes us about 3 days! :)

Maybe Ray will post up some of that footage during the feed! :grin: :)

Thanks guys-

Did speed test-Im wacked(I think)

Download=.68mbps/Up=.33mbps/latency=26ms.

I don't know what this stuff means but it looks like .68 aint 3.0 mbps as needed for HD. So-I would have to buy a faster connection from my ISP-right?

Todays stream is coming in OK. Would HD on this slower connection of mine be of similar quality to todays stream?
