He is only 14. How much do you think he should have accumulated by now?

I am sure that a more experienced player would be playing better. However Austin won the viewer's choice - and kudos to the IPT for doing what the viewers wanted to see.

I guess the only thing I can say is that a solution is for players to get out there and market pool so that more people outside of the hard core fans will participate in events like this. They say a rising tide lifts all boats.

So here is a chance for players to aggressively market pool in a grassroots fashion and try to get interest started virally.

I want to see a good match too :-) I knew the odds were stacked against Austin and it's tough to watch. But this is a truly GOOD person and someone with a bright future. He will have many more great matches and tournaments in front of him.

:-( Bummed - Wish Austin would/could show more of his real speed.
