LP Custom Cues Titlist For Sale - $425

This guy has not contacted me at all.
If you dont like the cue, send it back for a full refund.
He has already filed a claim with paypal and they have taken the money out of my account.
Now he is going to put up pictures??? WHY???
If you dont like it, send it back!

1 Drop the paypal claim
2 Ship the cue back to me
3 As soon as I get the cue in the same condition i sent it, I will send you a full refund including return shipping.

This could have been done by pm or email. Not sure why it had to be done in public.
Check out my itrader. I even guaranteed it by offering a new cue in its place. What more can I do

Not sure but I cannot seems to send PM. When I do it will just show a page reload.

I was told that there is only a certain time frame to file a dispute with paypal from when I sent the payment.

I never gave you any trouble in payment. I paid almost immediately when I agreed to buy. I paid your price without much fuss and you sell me this!!!!

Just send the cue back for a refund? How about thinking about it when you sent something like that out. I have to pay customs, pay shipping and make yet another trip to the post office just because you say send the cue back for full refund.

I will post pictures of it. I will do so at my convenience. If possible I will engage a photographer to do it.

It could not have been damage during shipping. nor could I have broken it because the crack is under the finish!

The fact that it is 1am in the morning here and I am still up typing this. Nevermind all the people laughing at me earlier today at the pool hall for buying this thing. I hope you understand how disappointed I am right now.
 
I CAN UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE DISAPPOINTED IN THE CUE, BUT HE DID OFFER A FULL REFUND. THERE ISN'T MUCH MORE THAT COULD BE DONE FROM HIS END.

DESCRIBING DAMAGE TO A CUE IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE. HE DID CLEARLY DISCLOSE THAT IT WAS CRACKED, AND HAD BEEN REPAIRED. AS FAR AS "HOW BAD" THE CRACK IS, THAT IS VERY SUBJECTIVE, AND I'M ALSO SURE THAT IS WHERE THE ISSUE ABOUT THE CUE COMES FROM.

I CAN'T SEE THE NEED TO DRAG THIS OUT THOUGH. SEND THE CUE BACK, AND GET THE REFUND. LIKE I OFFERED IN MY PM, I'LL ACT AS ESCROW IF THAT EASES YOUR MIND. I'VE NEVER DONE BUSINESS WITH LP, BUT I CAN'T SEE HIM INTENTIONALLY RIPPING SOMEONE OFF, OR DOING SOMETHING WITH MALICIOUS INTENT.

HOPEFULLY THIS GETS RESOLVED, AND YOU END UP SATISFIED.

P.S. IF YOU ARE OVERSEAS (WHICH I'M GUESSING YOU ARE BY THE TIME DIFFERENCE) MANY THINGS COULD HAPPEN TO THE CUE IN SHIPPING. I'M NOT SAYING THE CUE ISN'T CRACKED, BECAUSE IT WAS STATED THAT IT WAS, BUT THE WOOD COULD HAVE SHRUNK/SWELLED AND CAUSED THE REPAIR TO FAIL. IT'S ALSO POSSIBLE THAT LEE DIDN'T DESCRIBE THE CRACK THE WAY YOU ARE SEEING IT..... ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE. IN ALL MY TRANSACTIONS, I'VE SEEN JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING.

Two other AZ members shot with the cue earlier in the year and they said it hit great.
I had to point out the crack to them.

I have no problem refunding the purchase price and any fees you accrued.

All you had to do is email or PM.

I described the cue to the best of my ability. If you dont like it, fine, send it back.

Dude, you have the refund, lee said he would reimburse for shipping, too. Send the cue back. Lee has done so many transactions here, he is not openly trying to screw someone. This should of been done privately, to begin with. Doing this publicly, probably hurt your name more then his.

He posted it was cracked, plus you paid at least half of what most wrapless titlists tributes go for, there is a reason for that. Send the cue back. Lee can sell again for that price, and it will be in someone's hands that appreciates it.

You can't keep the cue and the money, that is theft, so send the cue back and paypal will give you the money.

Hope you see the light.

I can see noreason to air this out in Public . I have had dealings with both parties . Lee is very upstanding and as I see it described the cue with a crack and even offered to build a new one if crack moved , what more can he do , send the cue back and get your refund which has been offered . This is Stupid . What part of " Send it Back " don't you understand ?? :confused: Jim

x2 if you have your money back then send back the cue. no need to drag out the process in an attempt to make him look bad because you aren't satisfied. SMH
 
He doesnt have the money. Paypal does.
They hold it until the claim is settled.
Its in paypals hands now. Its up to them who is right and who is wrong now.

The forearm is clearly broken right through. The fact that the finish is still intact means that this did not occur during shipping or due to climate change. It is fair to say that sometimes it is difficult to describe a defect. I say the best way is through a picture. Couldn't get them to show up in pics? I took this with my iphone camera!

You may have mention the crack in your thread when selling. But this is clearly a case of gross misrepresentation.

I don't think it is right for you to dictate the terms for resolution. You could have corresponded this issue through paypal instead of here. Since my PM does not seems to be working. The thread is my only means of communication with you here.

I have to leave for an oversea trip in 2 days and from now till then I have a ton of work to deal with. I will be hard press to find the time to pack the cue again and make a trip to the post for this. But I will try. But I will only do so after you have refunded the money. You can send me the balance after you receive the cue.

right now. I am out $500 bucks. And the owner of a broken stick. Not a cue. And you ask me how is this fair?

Please make the refund today. else this will drag on for another 2 weeks till I get back.

What do you have the contrast tweaked in that picture or what? Let us see a picture that is in natural light, where maple look like maple, not stained oak. Not saying there isn't a crack, but the color of that picture enhances loads, it appears. If paypal has the money since you opened a complaint it is real simple send the cue, when lee gets it they release the funds to you.

Because it is an iphone camera. It cannot reproduce what the eyes can see.

This is to show that if the seller was sincere, he could have shown the extend of the defect.

I may not have thousands of post. But I have been around for a long while. I could have just taken his description and sell away this cue to the next victim and let him deal with the maker.

But I really think no one deserves this.

Not sure how the paypal works. It says that I can request from the seller for a refund. He can authorise it. Right now he has yet to do so. Paypal holds on to the fund just so that people cannot get away with things like this.

That is not true.

Paypal is waiting for your authorization.
 
I cant authorize a refund. They are investigating your claim now.
According to them it could take up to 30 days.
I called them earlier today.
It was your choice to file the claim with paypal first instead of contacting me.

Its out of my hands according to paypal.
 
From what I understand of paypal, Lee is correct. If you cancel the claim, he can refund the money back to you. I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure that's how it works. I've only had to file a claim against one person and I subsequently canceled it so I don't know 100% how it works when seen to the end.
