I CAN UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE DISAPPOINTED IN THE CUE, BUT HE DID OFFER A FULL REFUND. THERE ISN'T MUCH MORE THAT COULD BE DONE FROM HIS END.
DESCRIBING DAMAGE TO A CUE IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE. HE DID CLEARLY DISCLOSE THAT IT WAS CRACKED, AND HAD BEEN REPAIRED. AS FAR AS "HOW BAD" THE CRACK IS, THAT IS VERY SUBJECTIVE, AND I'M ALSO SURE THAT IS WHERE THE ISSUE ABOUT THE CUE COMES FROM.
I CAN'T SEE THE NEED TO DRAG THIS OUT THOUGH. SEND THE CUE BACK, AND GET THE REFUND. LIKE I OFFERED IN MY PM, I'LL ACT AS ESCROW IF THAT EASES YOUR MIND. I'VE NEVER DONE BUSINESS WITH LP, BUT I CAN'T SEE HIM INTENTIONALLY RIPPING SOMEONE OFF, OR DOING SOMETHING WITH MALICIOUS INTENT.

P.S. IF YOU ARE OVERSEAS (WHICH I'M GUESSING YOU ARE BY THE TIME DIFFERENCE) MANY THINGS COULD HAPPEN TO THE CUE IN SHIPPING. I'M NOT SAYING THE CUE ISN'T CRACKED, BECAUSE IT WAS STATED THAT IT WAS, BUT THE WOOD COULD HAVE SHRUNK/SWELLED AND CAUSED THE REPAIR TO FAIL. IT'S ALSO POSSIBLE THAT LEE DIDN'T DESCRIBE THE CRACK THE WAY YOU ARE SEEING IT..... ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE. IN ALL MY TRANSACTIONS, I'VE SEEN JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING.
