Machinist Level

Don't worry, you are probably better than the 1960 years when people worked with 4 feet carpenter level directly on the slates 🤣
Anytime you want to put your money where your mouth is, let me know, and we'll just find out, ok?😉
But I don't accept anything but American dollars, none of that funny shit!

Anytime came here and we do 2 tables side to side on concrete floor, I have a room to do it, 10 000$, roll test and what you want!

No just on the method, I can pass after your final job and put 4 supports spacer on slate close to corner table and see you the reality of the job, my level can read end to end of table at .0005
Whats funny about your bullshit, is that slate isn't even ground to those tolerances, so there's no way on earth you can level it to those tolerances, but it would be entertaining to sit back and watch you fail!!!

I know that very well and more than you because I can read the real things not you on a long table with little levels that are only good to report small errors

So you can read areas in the slate, that you CAN'T level do to the fact that you CAN'T flex short sections of the slate, so how do you address those areas?? You're in deep water here buddy, as in over your head, and that's why you can't answer my questions!!

You are right, you are probably the best on planet, have a good sleep

Yes I'm in Quebec
Pick out 2 Diamond tables in your area, when you have them picked out, let me know.

I hope you know you can't level a Diamond table without the rails mounted first....Einstein! That means cloth installed as well!!!

I love Einstein. he was innovator, not a little follower like you, you can continue your baby crisis alone.

When setting up GC1'S like that one, don't use the slate screws on the ends of the slate unless its crowned. Leave them out, because it's more than likely low in the middle, and when trying to shim the middle up, all you're doing is raising the middle between the slate screws, and not the full width from side to side.

Is that because the GC1s used Brunstone
