Maintaining cloth...

I have 860HR on my table, and once a week or so, I vacuum the chalk out of it and wipe it down with a slightly damp cloth.

I hate dragging the canister vac around the table to do this (including getting it out and putting it back), and I'm looking for suggestions for a high quality "dustbuster" style vacuum to use for my table.

Anybody have any ideas, recommendations or experience to share?

I use a Dyson handheld. It's the best and most powerful dust buster I've found.

It doesn't list information detailing that product on their web page. Would someone please elaborate or explain. Our minds are already blown, we keep gettin' richer but we still can't get our picture on the cover of the "Rolling Stone".

:yikes:<<<<Punished brain cells at an early age.

I just called Simonis and talked with Felice. This new product is not yet available and will take a month or two to be ready for retail sales.

It will be a device that when rubbed on the cloth will create a static electricity charge and will draw the chalk up out of the cloth. It will hold up to a half a cube of chalk before it needs to be vacumed clean.

That's all I know. It sounds very cool and sounds like it will make brushes and brushing obsolete..... might even make use of a vacumn cleaner, with all that abrasive action, unnecessary? ... from what she said it sounded like that could be the case.
